The Rich & Boozy Winter's Rum Cake derives its richness from the finest nuts and dry fruits soaked in rum for six whole months!

Baked in a wood-fired oven using traditional methods, the cake is packed in multiple layers to ensure that the aroma and flavour are retained throughout the season and beyond.

This delightful cake is the product of a cherished recipe that's been passed down generations in a traditional Syrian-Christian family in Kerala.

Cake Ingredients:

Flour, butter ,sugar & eggs ;dry fruits soaked in rum for 6 months and nutmeg powder.

Note: This cake is super rich in rum, very boozy, made using a unique recipe from Kerala. Savour it bit by bit, might be too strong vs regular rum cakes in Delhi NCR.

Shelf Life: Please consume within 2 months of opening the cake.
