RATRI CHAI STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS
For tea bags:
- Bring fresh water to boil.
- Place the Ratri Chai (Good Night Tea) tea bag and pour hot water (preferably at 98° C) in a cup.
- Allow it to brew for about two minutes.
- Stir well and add lemon or sugar if you like.
For loose tea:
- Bring fresh water to boil.
- Add 2 gms of loose Ratri Chai (Good Night Tea) to hot water (preferably at 98° C).
- Allow it to brew for about two minutes.
- Strain it into a cup.
- Add lemon or sugar to taste.
