We proudly presents the delicious egg-sized balls having a stretchy texture and consistency. It has a delicate milk and creamy aroma. It is traditionally made using buffalo milk and is generally white in colour. Our bocconcini mozzarella are naturally rich in calcium and without preservatives and additives.

Not too big…not too small, the Bocconcini is a chef's delight—the perfect ingredient to any salad. Its size is ideal for melting on hot dishes. It can be grated over pizzas, pastas, or salads, or into a simple tomato soup.
